How long will my order take?
We make every effort to accommodate all our customers. Our normal turnaround time is 2 weeks or less. Be prepared however, during our peak seasons to wait up to three to four weeks for some orders.
School orders online can take up to 3 -4 weeks, depending on availability of stock.
What are the pickup & delivery options?
Pick up at our store location (customer will be called when order is completed) or delivery to school office. No charge delivery to school. We will deliver to the school once a week on Fridays.
Can you do RUSH orders?
Yes, but there will be a cost for orders pushed ahead of the other orders in cue.
Do you have minimums?
We don’t have a minimum order size.
Do you provide artwork samples?
Yes we will stitch out a small sample for you before we proceed with any order.
Can I return decorated items?
Custom items cannot be returned – so please ensure correct sizing when ordering.
Do you do screen-printing?
Yes we do up to two colours in house, provided that the graphics are not too detailed. We will still take your order, but allow 2 weeks for delivery if we need to send it out.
What are my payment options?
We accept PayPal, debit, Visa, MC.
Taxes are extra on top of clothing options.
